    Recently we discovered 2 items in our home that needed attention. Not knowing who to ask to come and carry out the repairs I rang Dean at Humphrey Builders to ask his advice on finding a repair man.
    Despite the fact that the house is 12 years old, and without prompting, Dean arranged two of his team to come and fix the problems at no charge.
    On reflection I should not have been so surprised as during the building process Dean consistently showed himself to be chiefly interested in our satisfaction. We have always been happy clients but now even more so.
